PRIVACY
This notice applies to frnq.studio and its contact form. It does not cover the independent frnq.es website or other external services.
Who handles your information
Francisco Muñoz, trading as FRN.Q, based in Granada, Spain. For privacy requests, email info@frnq.studio.
What is collected and why
If you use the contact form, FRN.Q receives your name, email address, project type and message. A hidden anti-spam field is also used; a submission that fills it is discarded. Email enquiries contain the information you choose to include.
The information is used to reply to your request and, if relevant, discuss or prepare a project proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Service providers
The site is hosted on Vercel, which also runs the contact endpoint. Resend processes form details to deliver the message to the FRN.Q inbox. Google Fonts may receive the technical information needed to serve the typefaces used on this site. These providers act to deliver the requested site and contact functions; form data is not sent to an advertising platform.
Retention and your rights
Enquiries are kept in the email inbox while the conversation is active and for as long as needed for related legal or contractual obligations. If no project proceeds, the correspondence may be deleted when it is no longer needed.
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability by emailing info@frnq.studio. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Cookies and measurement
FRN.Q Studio does not currently activate advertising or analytics tools, and this site sets no tracking cookies or browser storage while you browse it.
A consent-gated measurement setup is prepared but stays switched off until it is both configured and you consent. If enabled, it uses Google Analytics 4 with advertising features disabled and loads only after you accept. GA4 uses pseudonymous identifiers and analytics cookies; it is not anonymous. The site's measurement code excludes form contents, URL query strings and fragments. A visible consent control and an updated notice covering Google's processing and retention are required before activation.
